Research

Our training methods are based on research and the brain-body connection is in collaboration with  Karolinska Institutet.

WHY SHOULD AS AN ATHLETE I TRAIN THE BRAIN?

Research shows that it is not only the body that is strengthened when you exercise a physical activity but also our brains seem to benefit and this can be clearly seen in athletes.

To be able to practice a team sport at a high level, not only a well-tuned body but also a well-functioning ability to think is needed.

A player needs to constantly process information about where other players are, be able to anticipate possible developments, perceive patterns, react quickly and make strategic decisions in the blink of an eye.

For athletes, it is of course a matter of course to train physically in order to be able to perform and carry out the motor actions required in that particular sport.

However, it is not as common to train on the cognitive functions that are also crucial for performance.

SPORT GOES VERY FAST TODAY AND IF THERE IS SOMETHING YOU NEED TO FOCUS ON, IT IS PHYSICS.

All development requires effort.

It is a basic prerequisite for developing and getting better, that you take in and make an effort.

This does not mean that you should train so much that you injure yourself or that you should train so that it hurts. But if you want to get better, it should be felt afterwards. "Nice pain" we call it, or exercise pain ..
